So Obama released his so called birth certificate.....

I'm still not convinced he was born here, in the United States, no matter what a damn piece of paper says.

Lets look at what it took to get this piece of paper. It took states starting to pass legislation verifying natural born citizenship status. Sad that it came to this, but I think what he produced and expects us to believe is not worth much more than toilet paper.

No this has nothing to do with the color of his skin, or his religious beliefs, it has everything to do with upholding the Constitution of the United States as written by our forefathers.

If we look at different sites, you get yes its valid, and you get no its not valid, but the places claiming its not real, are breaking down the layers of the PDF file and showing WHY they believe its not real, when the other side saying its real is n ot offering proof that its real. Now on top of it all there are conflicting reports of physicians, and more and more it seems that the constitution is be written or rewritten as the case may be so that it fits the 'story', or the person.

When I searched on the web, the definition of Natural Born Citizen this is the definition I came up with:
Any human born to parents who are US citizens and are under no other jurisdiction or authority.

Can we please NOTE the word PARENTS plural.!!

If we want to know what the House of Representatives thinks, this is how The House says about natural born citizenship

The House of Representatives Definition of “Natural Born Citizen” = Born of citizen “parents” in the US.

Congress further went to say this:
Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.

Now lets talk about the President's parents Ann Dunham and Barrack Senior. Ann Dunham was a US Citizen, however Barrack Obama Senior NEVER was a citizen. Thus at best he was born a dual citizen, being that his father was a British Citizen. If the birth certificate IS valid, it shows that he may have allegiances to other countries based on the status of his father. His father was studying at Harvard, and was told to go home and finish his degree, there was no more funding. He left the states, having never been a citizen, and could not get an extended visa.

Now we have reports of 2 birth physicians, his grandmother saying that he was born in Kenya and that she witnessed his birth, a list of long dismissed lawsuits, and records locked up tighter than Fort Knox.

I can't believe that it was Donald Trumps doing that forced the White House to release the birth certificate. I think this was more of a political move, and one that might have backfired on Obama. Obama thinks that this piece of paper will solve the dispute of his citizenship, when in fact it raised more questions than it answered. From my understanding the document that was given to everyone, A PDF, has been shown to have many layers that is not consistent with a scanned image. You have people saying yes, people saying no. But the NaySayers are the ones giving more proof that it shows inconsistencies from what it should look like.

Sure the economy is important, sure this has been a huge thorn in his side, but having waited this long to release his birth certificate raises the question of why wait so long if it were valid? Why not produce it when military personal question Obama's eligibility? A man is going to jail because he wanted proof of Obama's citizenship. Since Congress wouldn't step up to the plate and demand the proof, he sued, he defied orders. Now people are saying he belongs in prison, I am sorry I don't think he does, because in my mind and in other people's mind the issue is far from over.

Ahhh yes, the birth notice in the paper, that doesn't mean he was born in a hospital, it means the paper reported his so called birth even if moved here after he was born. So that isn't really a good argument either.

What I want to know is how come there are names that are not coinciding with the birth, such as 2 different doctors. Seems really convenient that the attending physician on the long form birth certificate is DEAD!.

In order to truly put this issue to rest, one or more people in the government need to step up and tell Obama he has got to put this issue to rest, meaning unlock his records, and prove he is who he says he is once and for all, because right now, it really appears he is hiding something. And if he can not do that, the Supreme court needs to take this case to determine his eligibility. He needs to show the people of the United States that he is the president of the United States with No allegiances to other countries.

Because right now, from what I have seen from this man his first 2 years of presidency, that he has allegiances to countries that are of Islam faith. Just by the fact he bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia, among many others, is question in my mind about the allegiances of the man we know as Barack Obama.

For taking my stance, now that the birth certificate has 'surfaced', I have been called a hater of Obama. No I am not a hater of Obama, if you can prove to me that the birth certificate IS in fact valid, you can explain away the words of his grandmother about him being born in Kenya, you can explain the inconsistencies on the birth certificate that make it appear to be not valid, you can explain how him having a parent that is a citizen of another country, and a citizen of the U.S, when that contradicts the definition of the House of Representatives gave, I will accept him as a Natural Born Citizen. But as it stands right now, I see him as a citizen of the United States, but the question of is he Natural Born, remains unanswered for me.

Will Arizona be the first to have a documentation law?

I have long since stopped fighting about Obama's Birth Certificate, I figure the truth will come out eventually and I watch as several states battle to get bills passed into laws to require documentation to be on a state ballot for an election.

Last night I read that Arizona is 1 vote away from being the first state to make a law to require documentation. In my honest not so humble opinion, this is a good thing, it would force candidates to provide documentation, not just some computer image jpg, that people argue whether it is shopped or not.

The law in Arizona would require that any candidate provide the documentation that people seeking, there was a bill that failed by 1 vote in January, it has now passed the senate, and is moving to the state house.

The argument by the Democrats is that states don't have the authority, the Republicans argue that states do have the authority to verify that a candidate is qualified. People are now speculating that Arizona will be the target of another lawsuit by the Department of Justice.

Someone told me that Obama was the most vetted candidate that the Democrat party ever had, however, I fail to see how he was so vetted. I mean after all, he has all of his records locked and secured more tightly than Fort Knox.

This brings into debate what qualifies as a natural citizen. Is it a person born to 2 parents that are American Citizens, is it to a person who is born in the U.S, even if the parents are not citizens. The words of the Governor of Mexico during a campaign for Obama to a group of immigrants keeps coming to mind, when this group was told not to worry 'Obama is one of us'

What if a birth certificate is not available? I mean it happens, records could be lost by the government, buildings burned, etc. The alternative documents would be a baptism certificate, a circumcision certificate, hospital birth record, or a post partum medical record.

Is Arizona as a state overstepping their bounds as far as what they can and can not do?
