Snopes and fact check verified he is, so what now?
In 49 out of 50 states the DNC failed to Certify Obama, as outlined by the Constitution, as eligible to serve as President. We're talking the highest post in the United States, you really think people would abide by the laws and the groundwork that our Fore-Fathers laid out for us.

Now it is proven we have someone in office that is NOT qualified to be the POTUS, and yet Congress turns a blind eye.....and this upsets me. Because Congress and Nancy Pelosi swear up and down that Obama is a Natural born citizen then it must be true. I mean if you say the most outrageous lie enough people will believe it right? Especially if the person doing the lying is convinced?
Every American needs to take issue with this with their congress people, and I don't mean an email, I'm talking about a letter, hand written or hand typed, and mailed to them to land on their desk. Make them open it, make someone read it. They don't read emails.
Nancy Pelosi admitted to using 2 different forms, and said each state had different requirements, only 1 state, the state that he was supposedly born in, the state that has the most lenient laws to prove citizenship in did she use the 'correct language'. However unlike McCain, they didn't supply the proof, because they said so, we're supposed to believe them.
I'm tired of the excuses. If Obama is a Natural born Citizen, he should be able to prove it. But as the article points out, Obama's father was at ALL TIMES a Citizen of Kenya. Therefore his citizenship as a US Citizen could not be conferred to him. End of discussion. It no longer matters if he was born in Hawaii in 1961 or not, which is still a mystery since FAMILY have said they witnessed his birth in KENYA!!!!!
Here are just SOME of the questions that we need to be asking the men and women that serve in Congress

5. Why did the DNC use TWO different docs, one incomplete, when the RNC used the same complete doc nationwide?
6. On what basis will the media continue to claim that Obama is eligible?
7. Why did Nancy Pelosi show signs of stress in her Hawaii certification of Obama?
8. When will every American demand answers to these and many more questions?<
Obama as we speak continues to pay very very high prices for lawyers to keep his records sealed and locked away from the public.
And he wants this done so people don't know about him, or his past.
And the only reason I can think of for him doing this is that he has secrets, deep secrets, like not being a Natural born citizen, that he doesn't want revealed. Judge after judge has looked at sites like Snopes and fact check and dismissed question after question about Obama's eligibility, and it takes a Canadian reporter to bring the truth to light!

The Failure of IsabelMarco And the Lying Crooks that they are!
Its been a long time coming. I probably am one of the last die hard supporters of this sight that is not using their FOREX Plan, which I refuse to do.
They have a canned response to anyone who asks where their payment is, to read the link and discussion on how to get payment faster.
Simple.
They want you to 'donate' to their Forex Exchange and then they will continue paying you until double your donation, but in the mean time you are supposed reinvest half your earnings, as well as keep paying an upgraded membership every month. If you upgrade by the month its 9.00 a month, they have a yearly and a lifetime package for those that wish to.
I was paid just over 51.00 in my time at Isabel Marco, and I even bought some referrals, which i did make my investment back. However, after my last payout back in September of 2008, IM began changing.
For those that remember all the hacking that went on, and how many sights were more or less blackmailed into 'buying' protection services, IM was caught in this mess. They soon changed to paying upgraded members only, and being a traffic exchange only for regular members. They said this was to cut down on cheaters. UM, but cheaters can cheat just as easily as paying members as well. I continued clicking until I reached almost 200.00 and requested a payout. Now at this time I was skeptical of getting my money. However having been paid twice, I was hopeful. I requested payout in May. I continued clicking and upgraded faithfully every month.
But as September is coming to a close and I am coming upon my next renew date, I started looking at the message boards, and forums. Seems the ONLY people who are getting paid are the ones who are donating money into FOREX (Foreign Currency Exchange). Now, I don't know about you, but that is really a risky venture and a lot of Americans have been caught up in FOREX HYIP programs and nailed for various tax fraud and evasion, or come dangerously close to it. I won't risk the investment. Plus we are still in a recession. Now if I were to get my 180 dollars I would consider a small investment, maybe 25 or 50 dollars. This would be money that was not in my budget, but that still doesn't mean that my investment would be returned, or returned quickly. Still they are focusing on making money and forgetting about the members than have clicked so diligently.
In a few short days i am going to blast them and blast them well on their forum, and ask them to shut my account down. I can take that money that I would upgrade for one month and use it for a year upgrade almost on a sight that I KNOW pays, ClixSense.
At some point in time, I won't be around to see it, Isabel Marco needs to come clean and say we are a traffic exchange only, and that we don't intend to pay any member that does NOT invest in our FOREX program.
I am to busy and have to much on my plate to start trying to wage a battle with them. I got my investment back, too bad they had to fall victim to the sight that blackmailed them into buying 'protection services.'
If you have a pending payout with IM, I urge you to ask yourself if its worth waiting for that payout. Could you make more money elsewhere, if it is a Paid to read emails (1/2 a cent for every 30 seconds) and doing searches.

Washington needs to pay attention or risk getting voted out!
With the reports of the 'Tea Party' being mostly ignored on Sept. 12, you look to sights like WND to report what happened. With low reports of 25,000 people to a high estimate of 2 million people you know it was big. People came from around the country to be heard. So many people that they had to start the march early, it was wall to wall people, and very peaceful.
There is no way Washington, Obama, or anyone in politics could not have known, this was well advertised, radio spots, tv spots, bill boards, and it was not about the birth certificate issue, although there probably were a few signs there making their statement about the birth certificate.
It was peaceful, protesting taxes, bailouts, and 'Obama Care'. Obama conveniently chose to skip the event by promoting his 'death plan', yes that's how I perceive it.....people will receive below standard care. The Government is borrowing directly from the VA way of doing things, and it will not be good. And if it passes it will be to late to stop when people realize what its about.
My point is that the law makers in DC need to pay attention to what people in their state are saying, or they risk getting voted out in 2010 and 2012.
The GOP, as Barry suggests, is NOT the ones killing this. Polls repeatedly show that people are not in favor of Government run health care. I know I'm not. But will my congress people listen to me? Nope I get a stupid form mail back saying we need this we and here's why.....parroting back whatever form line they have just like they did with the auto bailouts.
Not once do these law makers stop to think of the price tag of this proposed health care is already estimated at 1 Trillion dollars. Yes that's what I said. Now we are already on the hook for the bank bailouts, AIG bailouts, auto bailouts, etc. etc etc, what's one more thing? I mean after all the deficit has already been quadrupled.
Inherited? Don't start that crap with me.
Clinton set Bush up for the housing failure.
9-11 helped set the stage for financial recession, which was made worse by the housing collapse.
Bush started a war on Terror, but it can't be won. Not in Iraq, not in Afghanistan, and while we liberated Iraq and taught them democracy, if we leave now I fear Iran will walk right in and take over...........and we will either be back there in a few short years, or they'll be worse off than they were to begin with and there won't be anything anyone can do to help.
So I urge the politicians of Washington to pay attention to what their voters are saying, because if they don't it won't take much for people to vote them out.
Taxes, health care, immigration, NAFTA, you name it.
We don't need more hearings on steroids being used in sports! Congress needs to take the time to get this country back to a democracy, not heading towards socialism.
It doesn't matter how its packaged, how pretty the package looks, look deep inside its still socialism...
And Socialism has NO place in the U.S.

Should there be limits on serving in Congress?
You know there comes a time when we have to say that there should be some kind of limit on people who serve in the Senate.
Let me first say this is nothing to do with party or affiliation.
But I'm going to use Ted Kennedy as my prime example.
He knew he was dying, he knew he wouldn't be able to serve out the rest of his term most likely. I think he should have resigned in January when he had a seizure at the Inauguration Luncheon.
He missed more votes than he was able to make this session. I understand why, however, I fully believe that if he couldn't do his job that he should have stepped aside and let someone be nominated, or a special election held before he passed on.
Which bring me to what I'm rambling about. Before these people in congress get to the point where they are trying to serve with severe health issues, wouldn't it be better for them to step down, and resign? Ted Kennedy could have remained a very visible part of congress mentoring and helping a new person take his place, but he chose to stay, now his state is scrambling for a special election.
Who is to say what a good term number would be?
But I can't help but think that Sen. Edward Kennedy missed an opportunity to help shape his party further. Now, I feel like a huge part, backbone, of the party is gone, and right now an empty seat remains.
Five or six months is not a long time for a state to hold a special election.
Who will take his place?
How will a person feel having to step into the shoes of filling the slot no matter which party he comes from of Sen. Edward Kennedy.
The Constitution limits presidents to 2 terms or 8 years, but there is no provision in the constitution limiting people in Congress, or on the Supreme Courts. These people are lifers, they retire when they want and there is no pressure to do so. Look at Chief Justice Rehnquist, his death left Bush scrambling to replace 2 seats on the court at the same time.
I strongly feel that there should be a clause or something, and I don't know how it should be written, that if a congress member or Supreme Court Justice is unable to do his job the majority of the time he should step down. Health problems like brain cancer is not something people would judge Kennedy for, or Rehnquist, and his health problems. People would rally around them and support them, and help them to the best of their ability.
The voters have the ability to not return someone, however, I am thinking a maximum of 20 years? I dunno I'm flexible with the numbers, I'm just thinking how we can try prevent another vacant seat caused by a death in Congress or the Supreme Court due to long term health issues.
Just some rambling thoughts I would appreciate some input on.

According to Keith, Dave Pahanish and Joe West said that Keith was “the only guy in the world that could get away with cutting it”. It speaks of everything that we see going wrong in this country from Bush to Obama, Bailouts, foreclosure, the war, you name it, how this country has become sue happy.......And through it all its funny how the world keeps 'turnin'.

I'm not afraid to say I believe in God, but as I watch what is happening, I see that Jesus is getting 'smaller' as this video sings about. People want God and Jesus out of this country. People will find a way to attack any way they can, and a person's religious values is one of the first things they go after.
I'm 100% behind the reasoning of the Tea Parties. Since Obama didn't know they were happening or so he said, there are advertisements on TV announcing a coast to coast run of Tea Parties happening, and I truly hope to be able to go to one this time.
Its time to take what Toby Keith sings about, what someone wrote for Toby Keith, and change it.

Can the Kopechne family finally have closure?
Last night Senator Edward Kennedy lost his battle with brain cancer. But that battle just marks one of the aspects of his life. When you look back over things that he has done over his life right down to abandoning a car he flipped in the river causing Mary Jo Kopenche to 'accidentally drown'.
However there is belief that it was more than an accidental drowning....Blood on clothes that was turned over to the funeral director from the family discovered blood. And an exhumation of the body would have been needed. And that request was denied.
What really bothers me the most is Edward Kennedy's actions after the accident, he didn't try to seek help that could have saved her life. He didn't question her, he walked away and went about his life as if they were never together.
Are these the actions of an innocent man? Just as I look at many criminals and things like this really peak my interest and give me insight to humans in general, I can't help but think Sen. Edward Kennedy took a secret to his grave. And in my opinion it looks like there was a cover-up.
The Kopechne family didn't go after Sen. Kennedy, and they had every right to! They didn't want it to look like they were out for blood money, but a man swam away from a car that flipped into the water, and lived, while he neglected to get help for his passenger.
It makes me wonder if she was dead or dying before they hit the water! (That is purely my speculation)
The 'scandal' followed Sen Kennedy and prevented him from ever winning the nomination of presidency. I'm sorry but if this man had ever gotten a nomination for president the press would have eaten him alive. He was content to be a lifer in the Senate.
Everyone talks about what a great man Edward Kennedy was, however, this man had a LOT of skeletons in his closet. A past that he probably didn't want dug up again.
I can NOT understand his reckless regard for life life shows in how he voted on abortion issues.

While he was from a very high profile family, I have to say right now, I am about as far right and conservative as Ted Kennedy is Liberal. He lost my respect when he supported pure murder and voting not to ban partial birth abortions. No one has given me any sound medical reason that this procedure be performed. Its murder pure and simple but legal, and politician or doctor who supports this disgusts me.
As a man, I admire the battle he fought with cancer. However as a politician I will NOT miss him.
He met God last night, and God has forever decided the fate of Sen. Edward Kennedy, and all I can say based on what I have seen of this man..............
May God have mercy on his soul.

The 'scandal' followed Sen Kennedy and prevented him from ever winning the nomination of presidency. I'm sorry but if this man had ever gotten a nomination for president the press would have eaten him alive. He was content to be a lifer in the Senate.
Everyone talks about what a great man Edward Kennedy was, however, this man had a LOT of skeletons in his closet. A past that he probably didn't want dug up again.
I can NOT understand his reckless regard for life life shows in how he voted on abortion issues.

While he was from a very high profile family, I have to say right now, I am about as far right and conservative as Ted Kennedy is Liberal. He lost my respect when he supported pure murder and voting not to ban partial birth abortions. No one has given me any sound medical reason that this procedure be performed. Its murder pure and simple but legal, and politician or doctor who supports this disgusts me.
As a man, I admire the battle he fought with cancer. However as a politician I will NOT miss him.
He met God last night, and God has forever decided the fate of Sen. Edward Kennedy, and all I can say based on what I have seen of this man..............
May God have mercy on his soul.

More Drama for Birthers, the ebay seller produces birth certificate

Ok I can't help but wonder why he disappeared off the face of the earth for 1 - 2 months after having his auction pulled 3 times by ebay.
My initial reaction was he's a fraud trying to make money.
He swears its the real thing....
What do I think, I don't know, but its one more reason Barry Soetoro should provide the hospital generated LONG form, unless of course its fake or incomplete, because he wasn't born in the U.S, as he claims, would it be a shocker to you to find out he's lying about one more thing?
How can congress and millions of people expect this man to truthfully run the country when he won't provide the piece of paper that the democrats forced McCain to provide, a LONG form birth certificate!
Yes I'm a birther, yes I believe that Barry Boy is hiding something. Yes I believe he was born in Kenya, and there are many many more questions that are unanswered about his past.... all which he claims are secret....simply because he has locked his past away, and he pays lawyers big bucks to keep ti that way.
He refuses to answer questions about his dual citizenship, and about his Indonesian citizenship.
He uses his grandmother and her illness when it suits him, but outside of that I see him as a pathological liar.!
Nowhere does WND say this is his birth certificate, and they never said that with the one Orly Talitz turned up with, there have been many forgeries and fakes just to try to fool the American Public, and through it all I'm sure Barry Boy is sitting in his office laughing his but off how he fooled the Americans into thinking he's a natural born citizen.
His rise to power is nothing more than an ego trip, he has no blasted experience, and I sure as heck didn't vote for him. I don't like him as a politician. He's from one of the most corrupt states, politically corrupt in the country.
He refuses to divulge why his wife lost the right to practice law, but yet John McCain's wife life was fair game to the press? More double standards!
So once again I call for Barry Soetoro, Barrack Hussein Obama to provide his long form Birth Certificate and put these claims to rest or prove for once and for all where he was born.
This is going to follow him, just like it followed Bush for 8 years that he stole teh election in 2000. HOGWASH, if the Supreme court didnt' intervene, we'd still be counting hanging chads.
The thing that piques my interest in this birth certificate is teh foot print on it. That alone should be able to prove or disprove by markings if it is Barry's or not.
In my honest not so humble opinion, Barry, Barrack, is nothing more than a fraud!

How movies and what they hear influences kids
You know I feel like I have to start screening EVERYTHING my kids watch, even a g rated, or pg rated movie. Just so I know what they hear and see, and can give them fair warning about phrases, and things they might be inclined to repeat.
About a week ago we rented Beverly Hills Chihuahua, my kids watched it and liked it, I thought no problem it was ok for them to see.
Right?
Wrong?
Last night I called my son who ignored me, so I sent my oldest downstairs, to get him and tell him I wanted to see him, I was in the middle of doing something, but when my oldest told my son that I wanted to see him, he said 'Talk to the Paw'..........I have never promoted this kind of talk in my house, and I don't intend to star allowing it now.
Let's look at the phrase talk to the paw, and someone else had to explain it to me, that it could be considered another way of saying 'Talk to the Hand', people on the street and in gangs often say talk to the hand, when they don't want to talk to someone, a paw on an animal would be considered the hand. So in the way he used it, it was pure disrespect to me in saying that.
And people wonder why so many kids have disrespect for adults and others in today's world?
This was a Disney Film!
Lets take a look at the history of Disney films, villians, killing, theft, you name it, good wins over evil, almost always, if not alway.
But now?
We can expect that a supposedly family oriented company to teach our kids the language of the street and gangs, and when that is said to someone else in an authority position isn't going to be looked favorably upon.
I'm sorry but this is just one instance.
I really believe that the movie and gaming industry is responsible, in part, for the attitude of kids today. That and parents don't take the time to tell their kids that what they see and hear in movies, and on the streets is wrong.
So now I'm wondering if I have to screen everything that my son watches to ward off anything like this and determine if its suitable for watching or not.
Companies that make movies like this for kids, should really watch the street lingo in it. Not every kid will understand the meaning of something, but still repeat it back. Or they'll just think its a kewl thing to say, or a neat phrase, regardless.
My son knows my displeasure on this matter, as he is missing both church and youth group today because of it. And I told him if I hear it again, he'll be grounded for a month.

I may not like or Agree with the President, but he does have compassion
One thing that has me upset is that a man that was responsible for a plane blown out of the sky was released from prison due to health problems. So people that he didn't know didn't have a choice about dying and he wants to die in comfort?
Is that what this is coming down to?
This is where I don't think Capital Punishment is used enough. For me this is the perfect situation of an eye for an eye punishment being meted out.
Strap the guy in a plane by remote, no way to escape, chain him down. Remotely control the plane and have it blown to bits while in flight. Yes I think that should be done. Some will see him as a martyr, but many will see it as a fitting end to a person who caused many people endless suffering.
Today upon returning home, to Libya, he was greeted and cheered by flag wavers. This is NOT how a convicted felon, a terrorist should be treated. If I had my way a firing sqad would have greeted him, not flag wavers, not a hero's welcome. British leaders also expressed sentiments the same.
With cancer leaving him 3 months to live, I have to say that he has had longer to live than any of his victims. And what if this is just a ploy to get him out and use him in a terrorist attack that leaves him a martyr, and dead? Is this a ploy for more people, innocents to be killed?
If this is the kind of welcome that they gave a convicted terrorist, then Libya can expect nations like the U.S and Great Britain not to be to welcoming to them as a country or nation.

Why does Congress think we "inherited' a mess when they are the ones that created it!
After I read the other day that Barry Soetoro underwrote 2 Billion in loans to Brazil, I had to take a minute to fire off some much needed words of displeasure to my Senators, in response to my email to them, this is the 'form' email I got from Senator Mikulski:

I really find it amazing that Senators like Barbara Mikulski are so brainwashed by their political party that they actually think that Bush caused this mess.
I find it even more amazing that they can't look beyond the figures and see what Barry Soetoro's health care plan will do to people. There is a proposed 700 Billion cuts in the program. Now in order to make those kind of cuts, I have to say that someone will have to go without care. Will it be the elderly, the people who are to sick, old, and disabled? Or will it be the children born prematurely who need intensive NICU care? My bet is that the old will not get the care first and then the children. But democrats deny it.
In my letter to Mikulski, I documented just one news sight that is from Canada and showing how the Canadian Health Care (government health care) is imploding. They don't have enough money.
I am not below reminding them who they supported for the presidency, A wolf in sheep's clothing', and I sent them the link that WND has been digging on Barry Soetoro's past! A true socialist, not a democrat a socialist. And its apparent that he lied about this during the campaign and the election.
And just for good measure I gave them the link to my blog I wrote the other day saying how I questioned Barry's Loyalties.
I am but a simple person, and I speak out when I feel the need to speak out, His Health Care, Obama-Care, Death Plan, no matter what you call it needs to be stopped. The Left will say that has been debunked but when you look at the numbers, no it hasn't been debunked.
And if Congress would stop and look at how people have voted and polled in the past they will find that Americans don't trust Government health Care! It's not working in Europe, not matter who says it is. Statistics shows its not. One example I read is how 15,000 French people died one summer during a heat wave! You guessed it, the majority if not all of them were elderly people. Why wasn't care given to them or tried to be given to them? The answer which they won't admit, was it was cheaper to let them die.
I don't like the direction that this country is taking politically, and I wish Congress would wake up to what Barry is doing!

Who does the President really support?
I've been mulling over this ever since I saw the headline in Wall Street Journal that Barry is underwriting loans to Brazil for off-shore drilling. Not just a few million, but a couple of billion!
This is the same country that the United States has forgiven debt to in the past, several times, and now we are likely to end up doing it again. How about instead of loaning money to other countries, we start getting some of what we loaned back? How about lowering the national debt.
Why not drill off-shore here in the United States?
Because that is tied up in courts and will not be resolved for years.
What good did letting a ban on offshore drilling expire do? None for America and Americans!
The court ordered ban, was only for Alaska, which left plenty of other place that could be drilled to include in the Gulf of Mexico, but Barry had to give the business to Petrobas, which is said to be one of the largest corporations in the Americas!
So I guess my first question would be how does Barry benefit from this new loan. And why didn't he look to off shore drilling in the U.S. The treasury claims to be broke, or running short, we're in the depths of a recession, housing is still in the slumps, unemployment isn't improving, so why not benefit the Good ole U.S.A.
Could it be that he's in the white house for glory only and has an agenda to send us so far down that we end up a Socialist Country? His administration has made no secret about him wanting us to go towards socialism!
Lets back up to the campaign, and the election, do you remember that his very own wife said that she was the first time proud to be an American when her husband was nominated? And the second time she claimed her pride was when he 'won' the election? Do you ever wonder why she only was proud of her country twice in her life?
Lets look back to his pastor and mentor Reverend Wright. Do you ever think that a lot of his 'love' (cough cough) came from a person who criticized America themselves? I know I do. He sat under this mans teaching for years, and yet never denounced his Muslim faith. I know I have some serious questions about his loyalty.
I have looked at blogs that have pointed out lie after lie after lie, and I can not begin to believe how so many people hold this man in high esteem. Almost like a 'god'.
Seeing this news in the Wall Street Journal, no less, really made me step back and think about where does this mans loyalty lie. And I begin to question does he really care about the United States and its Citizens, We the People?
And then I think back to the world summit where he gave a full waisted bow to the King of Saudi Arabia. And again I wonder is this man's loyalty with America or with other countries.
And as I watch this mans actions, I really am beginning to question his loyalty the the United States, and the people of the United States. I only wish Congress would wake up to what he is doing.
Bankrupting this country!

Are people who support Tea Parties Terrorists?
I was directed to an article today on a social networking sight that the author blatantly stated that Tea-Baggers are like September 11 Terrorists!
Great just great, because we as Americans stand up for what we believe in, I have not gone to a tea party, however I do support the movement and the cause, doesn't mean we are terrorists.
There are some that have emailed editors and reporters with hate filled emails, but just because they may be racist or against Obama doesn't mean they are terrorists.
Lets look at how Dean Powers compared these Americans to Terrorists.
The Terrorists took over 4 planes on September 11th, using scare tactics and box cutters. Now I've been to a town hall protest, and many of these people are the same people that have been to the tea parties. I didn't see anyone wielding box cutters, I didn't see anyone wielding any weapon or using scare tactics. These people were protesting bailouts, the birth certificate, spending, taxes, 'health care' reform. Never once was a protest anything but peaceful. So how can people who show up to protest and stand for what they believe in be terrorists?
The growing movement against Health Care Reform was not manufactured by a party, it was manufactured by the people who wrote it. And as the 'bill' was more and more interpreted the more and more outraged people were getting.
When you have people who are influential in congress and revered by the Democratic Party, like Nancy Pelosi, say that people who are protesting the health care are 'Un-American' you are more than likely going to see the movement against Socialized Health care grow. Instead of trying to reach out to the protesters the democrats did the only thing they could think of, bus plants in. Which only got people more upset, because it was obvious that they were plants, they couldn't even take the time to memorize their question.
When a father spent time talking to his congressman privately about the health care bill and the care his son would receive gets harassed and stalked at home, then yes I say that people are here to try to imtimidate those that don't think their way.........Just like Dean Powers.
The tactics that Dean Powers describes is not the majority of what is being done by the people protesting. Yes there will be some email, some hate mail, some cursing, some calling names, but out of how many thousands of protesters send that kind of mail. How easy is it for one person to get 100 emails and send the same message out to the same person under different aliases? All to easy.
Dean Powers and many democrats have lumped all people who protested under the same heading as the pepole that are voicing their anger directly to editors and news people. These same people are the ones that use the term 'Tea Baggers' in the offensive way, most of the time.
I stand here and challenge the democrats to say how many different people have said these things to them. Anger is raw. Look at what Obama has done in the 7.5 months he has been in office, spend spend spend spend, and the economy is no better for it, if anything its the same or worse. But the democratic party won't admit that at all. All they can see is their hero is undoing what Bush did.
Lets talk about Bush, his last 2 years were bad, but not near as bad as Barry's first 7 months. Bush's spending was bad, but Congress approved it. In fact from the looks of things once it became apparent that Barry was going to win the election, Bush started with his agenda. Because that's when Bailouts started happening. The transition phase was nothing more than a vision of what was to come.
If Bush was led to believe that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, then Congress bought the lie hook line and sinker as well, because they approved the invasion, and they kept approving the war budget.
So who are the terrorists? Not the American people but the people sitting in Congress that is approving things like the 'stimulus package'
The terrorists are the ones who keep sending our troupes over seas after decrying the war in Iraq, and promising to double the efforts in Afghanistan. These are the same people that said the war was not necessary, but yet they are continuing to support it, send our men and women over there, and continue to let our citizens get killed.
The people that Dean Powers is calling terrorists are not the terrorists. He needs to look no further than Capital Hill to find the terrorists!
I find it very ironic what the Democrats opposed under Bush, is what they are supporting under Obama!

Great just great, because we as Americans stand up for what we believe in, I have not gone to a tea party, however I do support the movement and the cause, doesn't mean we are terrorists.
There are some that have emailed editors and reporters with hate filled emails, but just because they may be racist or against Obama doesn't mean they are terrorists.
Lets look at how Dean Powers compared these Americans to Terrorists.
The Terrorists took over 4 planes on September 11th, using scare tactics and box cutters. Now I've been to a town hall protest, and many of these people are the same people that have been to the tea parties. I didn't see anyone wielding box cutters, I didn't see anyone wielding any weapon or using scare tactics. These people were protesting bailouts, the birth certificate, spending, taxes, 'health care' reform. Never once was a protest anything but peaceful. So how can people who show up to protest and stand for what they believe in be terrorists?
The growing movement against Health Care Reform was not manufactured by a party, it was manufactured by the people who wrote it. And as the 'bill' was more and more interpreted the more and more outraged people were getting.
When you have people who are influential in congress and revered by the Democratic Party, like Nancy Pelosi, say that people who are protesting the health care are 'Un-American' you are more than likely going to see the movement against Socialized Health care grow. Instead of trying to reach out to the protesters the democrats did the only thing they could think of, bus plants in. Which only got people more upset, because it was obvious that they were plants, they couldn't even take the time to memorize their question.
When a father spent time talking to his congressman privately about the health care bill and the care his son would receive gets harassed and stalked at home, then yes I say that people are here to try to imtimidate those that don't think their way.........Just like Dean Powers.

Obama's Myspace page touts he is the age 52 not 48!
Oh dearie me the plot surrounding Obama his age and his birth certificate thickens
, unless this is a page made where someone is impersonating Obama, then that would be a whole different ball game.
Ok lets take a look at Barry's Myspace page, a screen shot that was taken of his page is posted below the screen shot of his certification of live birth.
It clearly states that he is 52! NOT 48!
So, if he is 52 years old that would mean the Certificate of Live Birth that he says is his 'birth certificate' is incorrect! Which would mean if he was born in Hawaii, it was while it was still a territory, but a record, birth certificate, his long form would verify that. Unless as I've said before he's hiding something, which would be a reason that he's locked everything up.
Now if someone, is doing this, other than Barry, I have some very choice words for them, to include, in my book it would be fraudulent to make a page like this purporting to be the President of the United States.
However I have to say this is one more reason that I think Barry Soetoro, or whoever he is should show his long form birth certificate.
So clearly there is an issue here, and possibly a very very big one. Which is true, is Obama 52, or 48 (and the White House has made a big deal of this being his 48th birthday).
Please reveal who you are Barry Soetoro, and people like me would let this go, but until then you have given me and many others indications you are not being truthful as to who you are and where you were born.

How can Pelosi even consider people Un American for protesting
Some people are actually viewing Nancy Pelosi's statement as what put the nail in the coffin for health care.
When the going gets tough, its obvious that Nancy Pelosi doesn't get tough, she just resorts to name calling.
And backed by the Majority House Leader, Steny Hoyer, they announced that people who were protesting the health care and town hall meetings, were just 'Un-American'.
Lovely?
This is about as good as Dean Powers calling 'tea baggers terrorists'. Comparing anyone who protested at a Tax Day Tea Party a terrorist......more name calling more mud slinging.
Last time I read the constitution we had freedom of speech, and freedom to protest. There are rules to follow, however, I have not seen a tea party get out of hand and people take to the streets trying to force people what they need to believe.
Yes there may be some racially charged emails to people, but the majority of the people don't go around emailing editors and calling names. We want our voices heard, because People Like Nacy, and Steny are ignoring us. They want what they want and they don't care how they get it. Just like after the election they threw out on the floor more than once, we won and you lost. That behavior is so first grade. Is this what we have to look forward to for the next 3.5 years? Gads I hope not, because if it is I think we are seeing a clear case of open mouth insert foot syndrome. And I though Biden was bad? Pelosi takes the cake there.

Nationalized Health Care is it Constitutional?
I've been reading online that there are at least 5 states preparing legislation should the health care plan go through as Obama 'wants it'. Should this legislation pass on a state level it would over ride the Federal Level and it would make the 'nationalized health care' null and void in that state.

Where does it say that Congress can establish health care, or nationalized health care. And if it is out of Congress's limits to do heath care, what about Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare? Should these programs be slowly turned over to the states to handle individually instead of the government.
I am sorry but Social Security is bankrupt with no thanks to the Federal Government, years of mismanagement and borrowing against it.
Do people in Congress take the statement literally in the first clause? And believe that they are responsible for every citizen of this country. I would ask that does that mean that when our founding fathers wrote the Declaration of Independence that our pursuit of happiness is guaranteed?
No it doesn't, and I don't think Congress should take interpreting this as a blessing to take on the task of managing millions of people's health care.
Over the years this document has been interpreted in many different ways by many different people.
An interesting question has been posed by some conservative web sights, asking if Nationalized health care is constitutional. And if I were to read the constitution and take what it said literally I would have to say no.
But how do you feel that the phrase 'general welfare' applies to Nationalized Health care.

Is what I am reading on the internet and sights like World Net Daily true?
Is the White House and Obama lifting the ban on cookies? Going back to a spy effort that was in style in the mid 1980's?
How far should the government be able to go in order to spy on us?
I remember the HUGE outcry of protest when Bush authorized domestic spying. Where is that same outcry now? Because if what I read is true we will have absolutely no privacy, and any government sight we go to will be subject to being spied on...Where are these protesters now?
But now, according to the article on World Net Daily, Obama and his staff are seeking to reverse the ban that allows tracking cookies on government web sights.
But, it doesn't stop there, the article goes on to say how many federal agencies have already negotiated contracts that are in blatant violation of a person's privacy. And these agencies are included; Department of Defense, Department of Defense, as well as NSA! Great these people are spying on us without our permission. Where is the outcry that was happening under Bush? Why are the same people not making the same noise?
Is it because that 'their leader' is now in office, so what wasn't ok under Bush, is now OK under Barry Soetoro, AKA Barrack Obama?
Our live and our privacy is at stake here, if we don't agree with Obama, and we visit the White Hosue pages or any government page, will we be subject to harassment by the government? Subjected to problems by IRS or Homeland Security?
Think about it, if what is said is true about these cookies, and according to O'Leary, and his exact words to WND were " A cookie is nothing more than a spying device'. Many sights use them, and they gather information so they know how their sight is being used, but most people don't use them to spy on others, and if they do, it is supposed to be made know that they are doing so.
In short, If Barry and his minions reverse this, nothing we say or do will be private. Any Government web site that we visit we could be punished for visiting, and this is how this country is headed towards a socialist state, not a democracy.
One more freedom, and this is a big one is in jeopardy of being lost.
Or do we have hope that Congress will step in and prevent to much power from being given to the POTUS?

Obama Quadruples the Deficit!
According to Yahoo News and Finance, Obama has single handedly (well ok, not single handedly he's had help) in quadrupling the National Deficit, since taking office.
Someone made a comment to me that he had to do this to get us out of the 'mess' that Bush left.
But lets look back to BEFORE Bush and lets look at Clinton. Another DNC 'hero'.
When Bill Clinton was in office he signed NAFTA, as well as borrowed money from Social Security funds so that there would be a surplus. Times were 'good' or so people thought. Not once giving thought to what borrowing money from a near bankrupt program would do to hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people. No Bill Clinton is not the only person to blame for the bankrupting of Social Security, many past presidents have borrowed money from that fund, and left IOU's in its place.
Bush comes into office, and states he will NOT take money out of that fund, maybe he could have and things would have looked better on paper, but he kept his word, and times weren't quite as good, and things got worse.
Bush every year presented budgets and spending to Congress, the last 2 years were Democrat controlled congress, and they kept approving the spending, now if they didn't agree with it, why did they keep approving it? Why did they keep funding wars that they didn't support, and programs that weren't behind?
I truly think that NAFTA was a reason this country headed into a recession, now we have cap and trade agreements, bailouts, more money being spent than we can every make in a lifetime, so it will be passed down to our kids, and their kids. Not fun.
But Obama has been in office since January, and he, with his democrat controlled congress, have quadrupled the deficit, yet no one seems to notice......it's their 'god' their hero that is doing this. Its good for the economy.
I have one word for that
HOGWASH!
Just like Americans, we can't spend what we can't afford, this country and government shouldn't be doing it either.
Obama when he took office promised to cut the deficit in half......well I guess we now know how he plans to cut the deficit in half. By cutting his own spending in half, that would do it, and everyone will forget that he spent more than Bush ever spent. Their god will have pulled them through once more and eyes will look the other way.
Just like with his birth certificate. Eyes are ignoring the warning signs and looking the other way. There probably is a birth certificate, its a matter of what it says and how it was obtained.
Obama wants control, and if he gets control, I fear that he may try to not leave office. With his democrat controlled congress, we are seeing the Constitution, and every value, moral and ethic, this great country was founded on destroyed before our very eyes.
Obama is being given to much power and congress is to blind to see it or stop it!

Its Not Racial Its Political
I'm sorry to the Liberals who have fallen for their 'hero' hook line and sinker. Because the DNC orchestrated the Obama take over, because he has NO political experience, and they can mold and shape the policies to 'their desire'. To give them more control.
I just came from the Town Hall Protest in Bel Air Maryland, because our elected official, FrankKratovil, held the town hall in a room that only held a small number of people and would not allow everyone to be heard. Please note there was a school across the street that would have held many more people in the gymnasium or in the auditorium. Where was Frank today addressing the concerns of his 'constituents'? In hiding......People were not protesting Obama because of his skin color, they were protesting him because of his political policies, and how he is changing this country for the worse.
Fox 45 News, packed up their camera because they said it wasn't a politically motivated protest, it was a racially motivated protest. No one there called Obama names, no on there disrespected him......its becoming clear that more and more people are not liking the change that Obama is giving this country. And as I said before he's not doing it alone, he's got he likes of Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Mikulski and many others that think his change is good. It's not, it's Socialism.
There were many signs there disapproving of Obama and his policies, signs asking for Erlich to come back, kids there with their parents, chanting to stop spending their money for them. These are kids that were 8-10 years old. Good for them to speak up and voice their opinion.
A man wearing a sign, going to rallies and protests since Feb 27, 2009, and carrying a flag.What I saw was a peaceful protest, voicing our concern over Government health care, voicing concerns over the continued bailouts, voicing concern over Congress approving 550 million for 5 new luxury jets for them to be able to fly in. I don't see this making the economy any better. I saw people opposing Obama's words saying that 'every citizen is morally responsible to fund abortions'. I'm sorry many people don't feel that way.
I saw only ONE sign of the 'joker poster' of Obama. And while some may call that racist. You could also say that they are saying that Obama is a fool as a politician, not a person.
Obama and his cronies are ruining this country and there are people who are not afraid to take a stand for what they believe in.
We need our voices to be heard, because there will come a time when it will be too late and our voices may be silenced, and if Barry Soetoro, aka Barrack Obama, and congress keeps giving the government, especially the POTUS, the power, our voices will be silenced.
People don't want Obama-Care, the health bill, like the Stimulus Bill is so long that no one can read it before voting on it. No one can completely understand all of it, before voting on it. Once again we are going to see it pushed through without law makers knowing but a fraction of whats in it. And of course there won't be any pictures to help them out. Barrack Obama KNOWS he has the votes to push it through, and he's trying to paint a glorious picture of health care, and its going to turn out to a disaster.
People didn't want the Bailouts, or stimulus package because all it did was shove us deeper into debt. The people that benefited from the stimulus, how long will these 'new job' last. The Auto Bailouts just prolong Bankruptcy for Chrysler and GM, and we still have to pay for it!
Look at AIG, they took the money and paid bonuses with it. Granted many did give it back, however it wasn't right.
Congress chides the 'big 3' for flying in private jets when the economy is so bad, but its ok for them to take tax money and allocate it for just 5 new jets.
Something needs to be done to stop our government
Contact you elected officials and let them know that you are not going to stand for the direction the Government is taking this country.
As I said before, its not a racially motivated protest, its a politically motivated protests. And the news outlets, even Fox 45 and their reporters are too blind to see that!

Adobe Software Sales on Ebay
A little over a year ago, I bought a copy of Adobe Photoshop CS3, I paid about 300.00 for it, not as much as Adobe sold it for, but it came as promised. I registered it, and installed it, and it worked great for about a year, and then all of a sudden it stopped working completely. Adobe customer support was less than helpful, in telling me why. I managed to install it a second time using a download and it told me that I couldn't use it because it was authenticated on another computer, back on the phone with Adobe, they still couldn't help me even though I had that information. Their solution, try to deactivate it on the computer I installed it on (duh, what part of computer died don't they understand), and then reinstall it.
So while I was hammering this out with Adobe, I went back on Ebay and bought a SECOND copy of CS3, because CS4 is out you are finding it a lot cheaper, well I found one buy it now, and I bought it, a week later the seller's ebay account was suspended and ALL of their auctions were taken off ebay. Seems that they were selling pirated copies. So I go to install my copy of CS3 that I bought sure enough it didn't install, it wouldn't register properly, back on the phone with Adobe, all they could do was run me in circles, and not give me an answer of how to tell it was pirated. In fact their overseas customer support left me in tears and calling them a few choice names. I gave up with them. I had to contact corporate offices here in the United States, needless to say talking to someone from the U.S and being able to understand them helped my husband and I resolve the problem. I am no waiting for Adobe to contact me from the Piracy department, to return the software to them. I filed a claim but PayPal couldn't wait for me to get the information that they wanted from Adobe, so I lost 100.00, which I would rather loose the money than to have this software back on the streets.
Be careful when you buy expensive software off Ebay, because there are a lot of pirated copies out there. And its getting to the point that the fake software is getting so good, that people can't tell its pirated. The 2 copies of CS3 that I bought looked exactly like the real thing.
I would only buy from someone who is getting rid of a personal copy and one that they bought and registered themselves.

So while I was hammering this out with Adobe, I went back on Ebay and bought a SECOND copy of CS3, because CS4 is out you are finding it a lot cheaper, well I found one buy it now, and I bought it, a week later the seller's ebay account was suspended and ALL of their auctions were taken off ebay. How do you mourn a person like George Sodini?
Yesterday was a day of tragedy, for many people. An incident that they will never forget.
A life changing experience for many people.....people were killed and the man that was responsible for it all shot himself in the head.
The blog, ah yes, the blog that states he was planning this for months. The blog that was meant to make us all feel sorry for the gunman, the ultimate victim. At least so he thinks.
I've read the blog, although the original hosting site has taken it down, many sights have mirrored it or copied it.

The views on this blog are mixed. Its fake, its real.
What I see is a person that has issues, maybe, note the word maybe, even a mental disorder. How could people have missed this? Because if this were online someone would have reported it to someone as a person who was acting crazy. Did he write it and publish it the day he decided to commit the act?
Does he really believe that he will go to heaven having murdered people? What did he really believe that Jesus and God would say to him? Well done for killing people and yourself? If it was just him, I would tend to think that if he was a Christian, saved by the Blood of the Lamb, that God would understand depression, but he planned this, it was cold blooded murder not just his life but others as well.
There is no seeking justice for families and friends of those that were shot and killed, they are left asking why us God.

I think that if this man really believe that he could go to heaven after doing a mass murder, he missed something in the messages, but who knows, I've never been to this church so I can't say first hand what they do and do not preach, and they don't take email submissions.

I guess all you can do is say a prayer for him, and pray that if he was suffering from a mental illness that God would have mercy on his soul.
I have not seen that he was under any care of a doctor or under the influence of any medications, however that doesn't mean he wasn't.
I think the best thing would to be not focus as much on George Sodini, and focus on reaching out to pray for the families of the people injured and killed.

Food Network Got it right last night
The show was taped in January-February, and I have to say that I was very very pleased with the outcome.
I have read several pages of comments on Bob Tuschman's blog on the food network website. And while I can appreciate that it was a very tough decision, had Jeffrey won I don't see myself as flocking to watch a show that implies stealing, Ingredient Smuggler? Just didn't sit well with me. Don't get me wrong he's got the cooking chops, he just doesn't come across as knowledgeable as Melissa.
I don't know how many times I've pleaded with the Food Network to bring on someone credible with the home-maker, stay at home, work at home mom, a show that brings out some ideas for picky eaters.
Think to the episode that the finalist had to cook for the renowned chefs of the world. Melissa started out with a Ratatouille. I've heard its not as easy to make as it sounds, but she made it sound so simple, EZPOT. Cooking the vegetables in order, Eggplant, Zuchinni, Potatoes, Onions, Tomatoes, hence, EZPOT. I watched that episode thinking I could actually one day try making a ratatouille. And throughout the competition she gave such great advice like this, making her fun to watch. It was like watching her evolve from the hectic mom into a star, and that is what brought her out to be a winner. She was a class act all the way.
People say she had inconsistencies in her stories, ok, I think they all did. She did what food network asked her to do, bring herself into her cooking true or false, its not a resume its life, truth or fiction she brought her charm to her style.
I never would have thought of putting raw brussell sprouts on top of food, but its an idea, you never know if kids will like it or not.
I loved how Bobby Flay was going to steal her idea, and well her 4 step chicken and its something that can be varied and done in so many ways, that you can take a protein and change it and mix it up, and change the ingredients, to make it different. I wanted to taste what she made right then and there....I didn't get that feeling with Jeffrey. I hope down the road Food Network could use him. And maybe even Michael in live demos where there isn't a camera shoved in his face.
Debbie Lee had a great concept, but her downfall was that of Teddy, she wouldn't be accountable for when she made an error. I'm sorry but the errors she made just didn't cut it with me or many people, she often played it too safe, as did Jamika.
So as I watched the finale last night with baited breath wanting Melissa to win, thinking Jeffrey would win, I can't help but think Food Network picked the right person.
So many people say that they picked the same old cookie cutter mold that they already have, I disagree with this simply because I feel more a connection with Melissa as a parent, and even though Jeffrey is a dad and parent, I didn't feel the connection with him that I got from watching Melissa.

Obama and the Birth Certificate Cover UP
There probably is a birth certificate that is locked away from public and prying eyes.
I have no doubt that there is a birth certificate.
The big question is what does it say, how was it obtained, and does it prove that Obama is NOT a natural born citizen of the United States of America.
Just recently my husband needed a new badge from work, no big deal. But, you had to know that there was a catch, he was required, because of homeland security laws, to provide his LONG form birth certificate.
If we as citizens have to provide our long form birth certificate to prove that we are natural born citizens, then I think that elected government officials should be required to do the same.
Reporters from the news sight World Net Daily, an online news publication, have uncovered four ways a person could get a birth certificate in Hawaii during the year 1961. Some of them didn't require but an adult saying he was born here, no witnesses, no doctors, no midwife needed to verify it. And if, this is the kind of birth certificate that Obama has, it could very well prove his status as a natural born citizen is nothing more than a lie.
The fact that a person could make a claim that they had a child born in 1961 without even as much as an appearance 'could' have led to many people filing for false birth certificates. It was done by mail. An option given to people known as BC2
Even today the standards for a Hawaii Birth Certificate are fairly lenient. A Hawaii Drivers license, as well as a prenatal statement from a doctor, and a post natal statement saying the baby had been examined.
While State Officials claim not to give out birth certificates to everyone who applies for one, and that standards are met, there have been alternative methods, through investigation, that show a person can get a 'valid' birth certificate via other means and scenarios.
When I am required to give out my long form birth certificate, or my husband is, to prove my U.S status, with the government allow me to say I've locked it away take my word for face value?

I don't see Obama's health care costing less
I read a news article headline, I think on Yahoo, now I can't find it that stated that the health care bill will cost Americans less.........
Will it really?
Maybe out of pocket? Sure, how much more in taxes will we have to pay, or do they forget the damn funding has to come from somewhere?
Oh I forgot they'll just take it out of some other budget and bankrupt that just like the government did social security.
Right, I want the government to tell me who I can see, when I can see them, and then on top of it all have access to my medical records?

This man has no respect for life, as I see it, that's my opinion. He supports abortion, claims its every Americans moral responsibility to fund abortions, more tax dollars hard at work NOT.
Thinks senior citizens should be given counseling on alternative ways to die.
Why am I not so proud to be an American anymore?
Our freedoms are slowly being stripped from us one by one. And this government health care will just be another step towards what will very likely become a one world government.
Barry has already proven he'll stop at nothing, and stoop to whatever illegal tactics he has to, to get what he wants.....why should I expect anything different with his health care proposal.
So how much will our taxes INCREASE because of his little pet health care bill?

Food Network got it wrong
I know all of these shows are taped in the winter time, and air a couple months after completion, but I'm watching some serious blunders on The Next Food Network Star season 5.
I've watched almost every show, and feel I know the contestants well, we know they can cook they would NOT be in the top 5 if they couldn't cook, it comes down to other issues outside of cooking.
Lets recap last night's show.

Michael has admitted that he is afraid of the cameras, but it seems that the Food Network does not want to take the time to coach him to get him more camera friendly, this seems to me to be an out for his openly being a homosexual. I've seen worse people in front of the camera on Food Network, and they have taken the time to coach and work with them.
Which brings me to Debbie, who repeatedly says "I'm Korean", she can cook, we all know she can cook, she's proven that, but what is more important is that her honesty and integrity are non-existent.
I have quit watching shows because I feel they lack the integrity, especially competitions like this, its one reason I won't watch Top Chef anymore, the honesty and integrity just aren't there.
Food Network set a precedent with Jag, followed by Robert Irvine, followed by contestants from this season, Eddie Gilbert, and Teddy Folkman. Eddie was using Food Network Star's own recipes on the show when he should have been coming up with more of his own. Teddy had some of the same issues as Debbie with honesty, and trying to rewrite the days events, he went a week later, but now that brings us to Debbie, who seems to have a history of sabotaging her team mates, this wasn't an individual challenge they had last night, she claimed to have catering expertise, Jeffery put her in charge of expediting, and she did nothing. She left the work to Melissa and Jamika to put out NINE appetizers, while she putzed around and thought of nothing but herself. What made it worse was she tried to take credit for the success of the other 9 appetizers getting done when she had nothing ot do with it, keep in mind the events were recorded. If you think back to the first episode of this season the cake fiasco was on her, she was teh one who bought store bought angel food cake, glopped some preserves on top and then some whipped cream, and they had the audacity to cut someone who made a simple fresh green bean dish. Her integrity went out the window right then and there, and she proved she was in it for her and in it to win.
Bob Tuschman's blog stated he wanted Debbie to go Home, Susie wanted Debbie to go home, and it was Bobby Flay and Ted Allan that wanted her to stay because her dishes were exceptional....put the blinders on guys because that's all you want to see, is that the dishes were good, her attitude, non team player didn't fase them in the least.
Here's where I'm going to throw in my serious opinion. I think Food Network had predetermined from the start who was going to win. They have more than once said they need someone representing the Far East Cuisine.
But, is Debbie the one to do it? Personally I don't think so. She's a natural in front of the camera, but based on integrity issues, I won't watch her. The whole scenario makes me wonder if she isn't going to win because they are afraid if she loses she will file a law suit against them for discrimination. And if that is the case its really sad what America has come to because you can't choose someone based on talent and integrity you have to think every possible scenario, good and bad.
If anyone but Debbie is cut next week, I have to say that I will not watch the remainder of the show because it will give more credibility to the show is 'fixed', and not talent based.

Why are people so quick to worship Michael Jackson but still Judge OJ Simpson?
I got to thinking last night...............
What defines someone as great? What makes a person a legend?
OJ Simpson in his own way was, note the word was--I didn't say 'is', a sports great, he did things that people didn't think he would ever do but then came the fateful day that his Nichole and Ron were murdered. He would face a double murder trial which he was acquitted of, yet to this day people still judge him and say he got away with double murder, to this day the speculations are there, even if he was acquitted.
Now look at Michael Jackson, he had talent, but he made a lot of critical mistakes with his actions, publicly. He faced child molestation charges, he too, was acquitted, but yet everyone says that his acquittal means he's innocent.
An acquittal doesn't mean innocent, it might mean innocent, OJ was circumstantial evidence, and there was no surefire way to link him to the crime. Remember the famous words, The glove doesn't fit, you must acquit?
Again with Michael Jackson, there was no real proof, he was found 'not guilty' on all charges, I often times wonder if the jury was tainted or paid off. From some of the comments I read and heard about in the news.......but an acquittal doesn't mean he wasn't guilty, it just means the defense gave enough reason to acquit him, that there wasn't enough proof.
I read an article about a journalist who spent time with Michael Jackson and with people in his tight inner circle, and he said Michael Jackson just didn't see anything wrong with sleeping with younger men....even though the rest of the world saw it, he was very 'child like' from what I read.
So what if he chose to live an alternative lifestyle, that isn't even my concern.
Many people look at his actions, how he portrayed himself in public and they don't see the same person that people are literally idolizing. They see someone who dangled a baby over a balcony, they see someone who 'MAY' have molested children in his own home, and that right there alone outweighs any good he did in my book.
His looks, his personal life was his business, I don't care how many surgeries he had, or what he was trying to achieve with those surgeries.
People say why would someone settle out of court for the child molestation charges, its not uncommon for celebrities to do so. They want to spare their image, avoid a trial, and spare a young person from the trauma of a trial. And maybe nothing happened but they shared a bed together, but maybe his lawyers were afraid that a jury would look at that as something might have happened.
Yes people were after him for his money, but.................I have to say right now you take 2 celebrities who were acquitted for charges that they were accused of, and you have 2 different beliefs............
So people who are skeptical of Michael Jackson and see his life overshadowed by mistakes he made are worse than people who still think OJ Simpson got away with murder?
I still don't think he deserves any 'king title', I won't worship hi, I won't Idolize him, and if people want to do so, they can, but I am an individual, but from my point I see a double standard set by society.....
So what defines a 'legend'?
Because you had 2 people that did 'great' things and made mistakes, both acquitted, one is considered a legend, the other one is a 'has been'.
