Haven't we been through Conspiracy I and II, now we have a 3?
I thought we settled this that Obama is eligible to be president?
Snopes and fact check verified he is, so what now?
In 49 out of 50 states the DNC failed to Certify Obama, as outlined by the Constitution, as eligible to serve as President. We're talking the highest post in the United States, you really think people would abide by the laws and the groundwork that our Fore-Fathers laid out for us.

Barack Hussein Obama fails to meet Article II – Section I requirements for the office of President because he is NOT a “natural born citizen” according to the foundation for that clause, the Law of Nations based upon Natural Law, which requires that one be the natural born child of TWO US citizens, born on US soil.
Whether or not Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, he is NOT the natural born citizen of TWO US citizens. He is the natural born son of a father who was at all times, a citizen of Kenya. Just as he adopted by natural law, his fathers name, he also adopted by natural law, his fathers citizenship. The efforts by Obama fans to use “anchor baby” arguments, claiming Hawaii as his birth place, fall short of the actual qualification.
But even more important, we now know that the DNC never certified to the contrary, except in Hawaii. The DNC never “certified” that Obama met all legal requirements for the office of president, like the RNC did for McCain.<
Now it is proven we have someone in office that is NOT qualified to be the POTUS, and yet Congress turns a blind eye.....and this upsets me. Because Congress and Nancy Pelosi swear up and down that Obama is a Natural born citizen then it must be true. I mean if you say the most outrageous lie enough people will believe it right? Especially if the person doing the lying is convinced?
Every American needs to take issue with this with their congress people, and I don't mean an email, I'm talking about a letter, hand written or hand typed, and mailed to them to land on their desk. Make them open it, make someone read it. They don't read emails.
Nancy Pelosi admitted to using 2 different forms, and said each state had different requirements, only 1 state, the state that he was supposedly born in, the state that has the most lenient laws to prove citizenship in did she use the 'correct language'. However unlike McCain, they didn't supply the proof, because they said so, we're supposed to believe them.
I'm tired of the excuses. If Obama is a Natural born Citizen, he should be able to prove it. But as the article points out, Obama's father was at ALL TIMES a Citizen of Kenya. Therefore his citizenship as a US Citizen could not be conferred to him. End of discussion. It no longer matters if he was born in Hawaii in 1961 or not, which is still a mystery since FAMILY have said they witnessed his birth in KENYA!!!!!
Here are just SOME of the questions that we need to be asking the men and women that serve in Congress

3. Since the DNC made no such certification, on what basis do we assume Obama to be eligible?
4. Without any such certification, isn’t it more important than ever to see the actual birth certificate and ask the courts to make an official ruling on the definition of “natural born citizen?”
5. Why did the DNC use TWO different docs, one incomplete, when the RNC used the same complete doc nationwide?
6. On what basis will the media continue to claim that Obama is eligible?
7. Why did Nancy Pelosi show signs of stress in her Hawaii certification of Obama?
8. When will every American demand answers to these and many more questions?<
Obama as we speak continues to pay very very high prices for lawyers to keep his records sealed and locked away from the public.
And he wants this done so people don't know about him, or his past.
And the only reason I can think of for him doing this is that he has secrets, deep secrets, like not being a Natural born citizen, that he doesn't want revealed. Judge after judge has looked at sites like Snopes and fact check and dismissed question after question about Obama's eligibility, and it takes a Canadian reporter to bring the truth to light!

Did the RNC certify McCain, or Bush, or his father, or Reagan, or Ford, or Eisenhower or Nixon?
Re a Natural Born Citizen having to have two US parents. No, the original meaning of Natural Born, which still has not changed where the president is concerned, is simply born in the USA. That is why there is the term "naturalize." To Naturalize is to make someone like someone who is Natural Born.
The term Natural Born was commonly used in the American colonies and early states and in the British common law to indicate someone who was born in a place, regardless of the number of parents who were citizens.
That is why such prominent conservative Senators who are also lawyers as Orren Hatch and Lindsay Graham say that a Natural Born Citizen is simply one who was born in the USA:
Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), said:
“Every child born in the United States is a natural-born United States citizen except for the children of diplomats.” (December 11, 2008 letter to constituent)
Senator Orrin G. Hatch (R-UT), said:
“What is a natural born citizen? Clearly, someone born within the United States or one of its territories is a natural born citizen.” (Senate Judiciary Committee hearing hearing on OCTOBER 5, 2004)
The Wall Street Journal puts it this way: "Some birthers imagine that there is a difference between being a “citizen by birth” or a “native citizen” on the one hand and a “natural born” citizen on the other. “Eccentric” is too kind a word for this notion, which is either daft or dishonest. All three terms are identical in meaning."
