Tax provision in the health care bill???!!! This has nothing to do with health care, and

will do nothing to stimulate the American economy. If anything this will be what sends more jobs to other countries, stimulating THEIR economy, and leaving the U.S in desperate ruins worse than Greece! Mark my words.

I read this earlier on a social networking sight, not Facebook, and confirmed it through 2 sources. CNN being one of them

http://money.cnn.com/2010/05/05/smallbusiness/1099_health_care_tax_change/index.htm

Here it is

>Section 9006 of the health care bill -- just a few lines buried in the
2,409-page document -- mandates that beginning in 2012 all companies
will have to issue 1099 tax forms not just to contract workers but to
any individual or corporation from which they buy more than $600 in
goods or services in a tax year.<

My first question is what the hell does this have to do with health care?

My 2nd question is why the hell is this in the health care bill?

My 3rd question is Does the IDIOTIC government see that this will not do anything but harm the U.S.

Over the weekend I asked if Obama was doing enough to stimulate the economy and make jobs?

Well seeing this, my answer is now a more definite NO!....

The government can't create jobs, but what they need to do is give tax breaks to people who own small businesses, or incentives through grants (government or private), make it easier to get loans for businesses, and give them incentives to keep the employment here in the U.S What a provision will do for this is send more jobs overseas, from my perspective.

Thank you Barry Soetoro, (NOT)

Thank you to these 'Representatives' (NOT) for sealing the fate of America to poverty and socialism!

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/special/politics/votes/house/finalhealthcare/ (this is a link to the representative list and how they voted)

Here is a link to the roll call for the senate vote

http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=111&session=1&vote=00396

And to the morons in office that voted yea to pass it to the House? I've got more choice words for them......These incompetent morons that are supposed to represent us only represent themselves, their account, and their interests, they have no interest in anything but directing this country to socialism and bankrupting this country.

They don't give a flying fig about our 'secretive president', they don't give a rats behind about the civilian trial that found Obama 'guilty' Real trial or not a citizen can do this, and the information will be turned over to Congress and authorities, who we all know won't act or do anything....(Surprise Surprise)

I will be firing off yet another letter to my Senator, and giving her a royal piece of my mind. I'm going to flat out give her a piece of my mind. ( No I won't threaten her) but I will make it known what I think of her.

So now we have a new law going into effect, and as a 'freelance' photographer, I won't be able to buy anything over 600.00 without having to create a paper trail longer a roll of Charmin triple roll toilet paper, very likely making it impossible for me to do freelance photography.

The thinking in Washington, and I love this, I really do

>Why did these tax code revisions get included in a health-care reform
bill? Welcome to Washington. The idea seems to be that using 1099 forms
to capture unreported income will generate more government revenue and
help offset the cost of the health bill.<

Nope they won't people like me will not be able to operate or will have to shut down. People will find loop holes around the law, there are always loopholes, but will it be worth it?

In short what the government just did, in my honest not so humble opinion is seal the fate of America to be worse than what Greece is going through.

Thank you so much....

Thank you so very very much for putting the small businesses out of work and people who depend on freelance for income....thank you for caring about the economy, thank you for sending this country to socialism.

NOT!

This is just one more reason the health care bill MUST BE, not should be, MUST BE repealed.

This is just one more way to make the person more dependent on the government.

Lord Come Soon!
