Is Obama 'potentially' the second president to lie about his citizenship?

I'm sure it does exist, but how it was obtained and what it says is the real story. That piece of paper that Obama has paid millions to keep locked away tells where he was really born. And if he were really born in Hawaii, he would not be paying millions to a lawyer to shoot down every court case any way he can, even dirty tactics....but that's what he's paid for. But here's an interesting story, that the United States may have had another person as president that was not born in the U.S. Chester A. Arthur. Once again a lack of documentation, and a political foes claim kept the rumor alive that he was born in Canada. However with Obama its not just his political foes, his own GRANDMOTHER said herself she was present at his birth in KENYA, not Hawaii. Something sure isn't right and its why people, even myself keep insisting he provide his long form birth certificate.....but I doubt it will happen, I'm just persistent. Just like so many Gore Supporters will say that Bush 'STOLE' the election. That will rage on as long as any birth certificate war, I can guarantee that. The hanging chads, blah blah blah....I listened to it for 8 years, and trust me this isn't about paybacks. Its about protecting the integrity of the constitution. Rumor for Arthur was he was born in Canada, but appriated the name and records of a baby brother that died while an infant. Lack of records, for Chester....Vermont claims that he was likely born there, but lied about who he was and did appropriate his brother's identity...but why? With Obama its not a lack of records, its a matter of sharing them. Every president in my memory has had the media dig through their life looking for the dirt, but with Barry Soetoro, AKA Obama, he locked every record here and abroad away. Not only did he lock them away, he refuses to answer questions about who he is and a past. He's not the first president to possibly not be a Natural Born Citizen, and my guess is that he won't be the last. I just came across this on MSNBC, and thought how ironic this happened in the 1800s, and how this could be fueled even back then without the service of the internet. There are many that Pooh Pooh me for wanting Barry to reveal his long form birth certificate, and Hawaii is working on legislation that would release the records to media personnel that asked for it and had a legitimate reason to ask for it. I truly think there are many like myself that will NOT sign petitions anymore, asking it to be revealed, but still believing that Obama is NOT who he says he is; a natural born citizen. But we won't let you forget that we don't think he's a U.S. Citizen, until he proves he is by his long form birth certificate. Obama has an Obligation of morals and ethics to tell us who he really is! There are too many questions surrounding his birth that supposedly took place in Hawaii, right down to where his mother lived.
